Monarch

Monarch was designed by Architects Ring & Associates in conjunction with Dezignteam.

The façade is staggered, and sits on a visually strong base, a combination of glass and concrete balustrades on the balconies create privacy for the residents and interest to the façade. Strong, dark vertical blades frame the building, in them, long blades of frosted glass which light up at night. Striking black glass frames the entry foyers.

Located on Northbourne Ave and David Street Turner, this impressive Development consists of 124 units and two towers each with their own street frontage. The towers are separated by a central garden area including an indoor pool and gym.

The building has been split into 8 sections with a separate lift servicing each section. This unique concept enables quick lift travel between floors and more privacy for residents. Each lift only services two units per floor, creating small personal lift foyers shared by only two units.
