Designing a brand new building to be built within a historical streetscape of the popular Manuka precinct was a challenge.

The building reflects its neighbours through scale and form, while having its own identity and contemporary design as requested by the client.

The use of modern materials and classic fenestrations creates a building that sits well in the context.

The building is of a high quality finish both inside and out and is aimed at high-end tenants.
