Belluci's building Dickson

The opportunity to design Bellucis Dickson was one we couldn’t resist, and after two years contemplating design options, all three owners finally agreed upon the planning and theme.

The theme decided was an art deco restaurant enhancing the overall language of the building. The existing structure would remain and a façade would be developed to create a new building. To address both streets the corner was to be the entrance. To combat the difficulty of removing structural columns, our engineer came up with the idea to float large beams already existing in the building.

This building is now fully tenanted and is creating success for all involved.
